History
Odell Brewing got its start in founder Doug Odell’s kitchen in Seattle, WA. While looking for a place to take his home brews commercial, Doug, along with his wife Wynne, decided upon Fort Collins. The original brewery was located in an old grain elevator built in 1915, and was the second microbrewery to open in the state of Colorado. In 1994, Odell Brewing moved into it’s current location, which was later expanded to accommodate new bottling lines. They continually experiment with small batch beers to create new recipes and brewing techniques.
